Visit Korea is a website where travelers will be able to get
information for their travel needs. Travelers can get all possible
stories about travel sites and events in a way to experience Korea
more friendly and more deeply inside.

Concept

"Tour Guide for Tourists"
Visit Korea helps tourists get information about famous tour site, special events, local festival and even transportation.

To start the project, I created persona to explore the target group
and design my web and app with more closely to users.

Calvin is a data scientist. Who loves to travel around the world, experience various cultures. He usually finds local sites for his trip and enjoys the mood. He wants to get as much as information for tourists and to find attractive tour sites.

UI Design Guide

After the information architecture and wireframes are ready, I started designing the screens of the web and app. Choosing colors and the structure was the most important things to create visually. I created UI style and typography guide according to the concept of this project.

Project Summary

It was fun yet many challenges during this project. This was my first project and I learned the importance of the analysis if users’
experience. I managed research, analyzed the main users, create a set of wireframes, built them into UI designs, and made some
prototypes. It was such a demanding work for me at first time but very delightful journey as times go by. There are not anwers for the
best design and still a lot of room to improve. It’ll be a instructive journey with many projects to come.
